Gen3 Marine Return Policy
Returns
Gen3 Marine offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Any item not in brand new resalable condition will not be returned.
Refunds
Refunds will go back to original payment. Most refunds are sent back to original forma of payment within 5 business days of receipt. Processing time for banks and credit card companies can be an additional 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notifying you of credit. Shipping and handling cost is non refundable.
Warranty
Gen3 Marine products are covered by 1 year manufactures warranty against material and manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover neglect, use in extreme conditions. Warranty is valid from 1 year of receipt of product to the original purchaser only.Gen3 Marine is not responsible for damages or cost
